I am struck with the preciousness of life and the invulnerable center that can be found within our most vulnerable moments.

On Thursday I was carrying my breakfast dishes into the kitchen when my feet flew out from under me and I fell with all my weight striking the open dishwasher door breaking the door. I immediately had a knowing that I was badly injured and I started to lose consciousness. I immediately cried out to God for help. I was literally seeing stars as I felt myself slipping away and I was fighting to stay conscious because I knew I needed to get help. I knew I was going into shock and my skin got clammy in a cold sweat. I continued to fight to stay awake and conscious. I continued to ask God to please help me.

Suddenly I noticed that I felt my life force returning and strengthening.  I was able to crawl to the couch and lay down. I noticed that my hand was numb and I couldn't move my fingers. I started to state the promises of God to myself to strengthen my faith. I started to pray again and I noticed that the numbness started to lessen. Then when searing pain started I prayed for healing and the pain was replaced with peace and a sensation of energy flowing through my body. I KNEW God was working within my body!!! I started thanking and praising God. I attempted to move a finger and slowly but surely I was able to start moving my fingers. I again spoke the promises of God, only this time I was able to proclaim them out loud with great passion!

I took a deep breath and gingerly straightened my arm. I decided to "arise and walk" and act as if I was completely whole and healed and knew that God would then make it a manifest reality. I was amazed I could change into my running clothes without pain. I started down to the beach and at first I was tentative with my left arm. Yet as I walked and continued to thank and praise God, I noticed that by the time I was coming home that my arm felt completely normal!!!

I went to a centering prayer group and was able to tell my miracle story which strengthened my healing and strengthened the group member's faith. I went to the hospital and saw patients with a renewed vigor and passion for bringing the healing presence of Spirit to all who are suffering or in pain. I woke up the next morning and was amazed that I had no marks or bruising and just a little tenderness. I wish I could say the same for the dishwasher door!

There is only one POWER and PRESENCE and it is always present within you. It is closer than your very breath!

This story brought tears to my eyes and reminds us of the hope and help that can show up in times of darkness:

An atheist couple had a five year old daughter but taught her nothing about God. It was a very unhappy home and one night the father shot and killed the mother and then himself, while the little girl watched. The child was taken by Child Protective Services and finally placed in a foster home. The foster parents were Christians, so they took the little girl to their church on Sunday.

They told the Sunday school teacher about her background and asked her just to let the girl sit in the back of the room and listen. As the class went on, the teacher picked up a picture of Jesus and asked, "Now, children, who is this?" The little girl jumped up and waved her hand. The teacher had no idea what she'd say but asked "Do you know who he is?"

The little girl said, "I don't know his name, but that's the man who came to my house when my mommy and daddy died and held me in his arms all night long."

In the MIDST of darkness we are supported and held in the arms of Love, even though we might not have the childlike eyes to see it. The Beloved will meet us right where we are, even in our lowest moment. In fact, when we reach the end of our human resources, Spirit is able to enter and lift us up body, emotions, mind and soul! The Spirit of God is able to enter our broken, wounded, or hurt places, and through our tears water the seeds of new growth.

May we all be comforted, supported, loved, and uplifted in our times of need!
 

In winter, when there is less light, many of us find ourselves visiting dark emotions or the darkness of inner states in our psyche. Winter is a season where it is natural to go within, reflect, and encounter darkness in our mood, thoughts, or inner states. Darkness is not bad or good, it is just a natural part of our life, the yin to our yang, and our innate inner healing mechanism to grow our soul.

In my own life I have found that there are periods of darkness preceding new growth or moving to a deeper level or understanding. I have found that it is true that it is often darkest before the dawn. I don't remember which existential psychologist said "when the skies grow dark, the stars come out to shine", but I love the image. When we are able to enter the dark hidden places within, the light of our awareness is able to shine, revealing the gifts, and illuminating the truth. While maintaining equanimity in the midst of suffering or pain is difficult, the more I am able to embrace the darkness, and ask for its message or teaching, the more peace and serenity I find within.

Winter is the season where we are given support in going inward, meditating, reflecting, exploring any darkness we find inside, and letting go of the things we no longer want to carry or are holding us back from living our most fulfilling life. If we can avoid judging or criticizing ourselves, or thinking that there is something wrong, or we have lost our connection to the Divine, we can receive the benefits and gift that are being offered to us. There is hidden treasure in the darkness. The gold is found beneath dark states of fear, sadness, anger, guilt, shame, and feelings of worthlessness or badness. Each dark emotion is carrying a message that it wants to share with you for your growth and expansion.
Do not be afraid! Take courage and go within!

The Guest House

This being human is a guest house.
Every morning a new arrival.

A joy, a depression, a meanness,
some momentary awareness comes
as an unexpected visitor.

Welcome and entertain them all!
Even if they're a crowd of sorrows,
who violently sweep your house
empty of its furniture,
still, treat each guest honorably.
He may be clearing you out
for some new delight.

The dark thought, the shame, the malice,
meet them at the door laughing,
and invite them in.

Be grateful for whoever comes,
because each has been sent
as a guide from beyond.

In Revelation 21, the new heaven on earth is described. What I have been given through spiritual perception from the Holy Spirit is the knowledge that this higher consciousness is available here, now, on earth. The new heaven on earth is available for those who believe and can accept the truth. Jesus said, 2000 some years ago, that many could still not bear the truth. In John 16:12, Jesus said "I have many things to say to you, but you cannot bear them now". I believe now, in our spiritual evolution, some of us are ready to receive the truth.

Right now you can die to the past and be raised into new life and oneness with God the Father (higher consciousness) and be lifted up into the consciousness of the new heaven on earth spoken of in Revelation 21. In this unity with the mind that is in the living presence of Jesus, putting on the Christ mind (Galatians 3:25-29), being transformed by the renewal of your mind (Romans 12:2), after taking every thought captive of the old human ego consciousness, you may be lifted with Christ to union with God and receive the promise!

The promise is receiving and living in the kingdom of God, here on earth, right now, inheriting the DNA of Jesus (Adam represented the old human, the last of the old prototype, with Jesus the first born of the new divine human being), the riches of the fruits of the Spirit (joy, love, peace, harmony, and SO much more!), and live in divine consciousness, one with the Father AND Mother (we were made in the image and likeness of God, "made in OUR image, male and female" Genesis 1:26), and having dominion over disease, lack, limitation, challenges of the ego (limited human consciousness, or the little mind), and being able to co-create in this connection to the Source of all, the infinite field of God, the new life that we all dream about. This is the GOOD NEWS!!!

"It is full time NOW for you to wake from sleep...the night is far gone, the day is at hand...put on the Lord Jesus Christ [put on divine Christ consciousness and surrender your ego to serve your higher Self]"  (Romans 13:11-14)

"The kingdom of God is PEACE and JOY in the Holy Spirit" Romans 14:17

"Instead, seek his kingdom and all these things will be yours as well" (Luke 1231)

"The kingdom of God is not coming with signs to be observed; nor will they say, 'Lo, here it is!' or 'There!' for behold, the kingdom of God is in the MIDST of you" (Luke 17:21) (in the midst of you, within you, in your consciousness now!)

"Truly I say to you, this generation will not pass away till ALL has taken place" (Luke 21:32)

"By the power of the signs and wonders, by the power of the Holy Spirit...may you come to SHARE in the SPIRITUAL BLESSINGS" (Romans 15:19, 27)

"The God of PEACE be with you all. Amen" (Romans 15:33).

People are often unreasonable, irrational, and self-centered.
Forgive them anyway.
If you are kind, people may accuse you of selfish, ulterior motives.
Be kind anyway.
If you are successful, you will win some unfaithful friends and some genuine enemies.
Succeed anyway.
If you are honest and sincere people may deceive you.
Be honest and sincere anyway.
What you spend years creating, others could destroy overnight.
Create anyway.
If you find serenity and happiness, some may be jealous.
Be happy anyway.
The good you do today, will often be forgotten.
Do good anyway.
Give the best you have, and it will never be enough.
Give your best anyway.
In the final analysis, it is between you and God.
It was never between you and them anyway.

This poem reminded me of the four agreements in Don Miguel Ruiz's The Four Agreements: A Practical Guide to Personal Freedom:
1. Be impeccable with your word
2. Don't take anything personally
3. Don't make assumptions
4. Always do your best

Remember another person's reaction or response to you is more about them than about you! If you find yourself triggered by something someone else says or does, it is often something within you that is wanting to be healed. We are all just unconsciously trying to help each other heal and be made whole! What a gift in disguise!

Inspired Wellness is ultimate wellbeing achieved through constant conscious connection with the living presence of God and the awareness, recognition, and transformation of the Spirit within our bodies. Inspiration is defined as: "a divine influence or action on a person believed to qualify him or her to receive and communicate sacred revelation." What inspires you?

My wish is that this can be a meeting place of inspiration, revelation, wonder, awe, sharing, comfort, hope, healing, support, wisdom, and profound connection.

We are never the same twice as we live, move, and have our being in the constantly changing and flowing river of life. To have ultimate inspired wellness we need to be anchored in the never changing living essence of our Source. The constant conscious connection with the Divine, our true nature, affords us access to the personalized, revelatory, inspirational prescription for wellness, health, wholeness, and fulfillment.
 
The days of a one size fits all treatment, or one researcher with less than altruistic conscious or unconscious intentions (power, greed, fame, or awards), or one drug that has been tested on a limited range of the population (many are never tested on women or children for effectiveness), are over. We are constantly changing, new cells are replacing old cells, and we have new organs and even a new body in a relatively short period of time. No wonder there are so many drawbacks and negative side effects to our current accepted treatments and pharmaceutical remedies. Have you ever really listened to the drug commercials when they start listing the harmful side effects, or read the mind boggling long list of adverse reactions in a drug magazine ad? It is almost as if we cannot really see or hear the truth because we are in a consensus trance, asleep, or jaded.
 
Traditional medicine is an archaic way of treating symptoms and diseases, when we all have access, including physicians, to the field of Divine Intelligence containing unlimited powerful energy for healing and regeneration. Every cell contains the innate connection and communication with this infinite field, UNLESS, by our God given free will and our conditioned belief system we believe we are separate, limited, and lacking. Let's face it, this is the current belief system of the majority of our current world's population. The world believes the lie that disease has dominion over our body and we are at the mercy of our genes, even though we were made in the image and likeness of God, being given dominion over everything of the world including our thoughts and beliefs
.
The Spirit of God, being invisible and either suppressed or distorted by many religions or world powers for reasons of control, power, or greed, is unfortunately unknown to many. Many others believe that God is a distant, separate, male person in the sky, a myth, coping mechanism, fantasy, or delusion. Growing up I had only an intellectual knowledge about God, not a direct experience of God. I professed to believe, but I had many secret doubts, and due to some negative life experiences, had separated myself from God. Then in a painful life crisis, the Spirit of God came to me and I was given an undeniable, powerful, direct experience of the living presence of God. The Spirit lifted me out of the abyss of my own making and filled me with the deep love, joy, and peace that passes all understanding. My spiritual sight was opened so that I could see the actual presence of the Holy Spirit entering me with my breath! My arms spontaneously arose from my sides to above my head, with a power that was greater than my own, and I was ecstatically united with God. I began weeping, praising, and glorifying God.

When the experience was over, and I returned to my ordinary senses, I kept repeating "there is a God", "there is a God" amazed at the wonder, awe, and remembrance of this ancient sacred relationship. I was filled with deep knowing of the connection to Spirit that I didn't remember cutting myself off from. The experience of the actual direct reunion with God filled me with powerful life energy. It started me on an amazing journey of discovery into the inner depths of my being, the true final frontier. Outer space was described in the series Star Trek as the final frontier, but in actuality it is the inner space exploration that holds all the answers. The universe, God, outer space, and healing are all found and can be explored within our own heart. For in truth there is nothing but the one: one God, one mind, one body, and one Spirit. Everything is an individualized manifestation of the one. This is the mystery of the many in the one, and the two shall become one.
 
The solution to all of our problems is in the reconnection with the one Source. The result of this attuning, realigning, and reconnection with Spirit is access to higher intelligence, spiritual perception, the wisdom of the ages, higher knowledge and understanding, infinite life energy for healing and regeneration, unlimited creativity for the solution of every problem, and creation of the new heaven on earth. This is the new transpersonal medicine: individualized, inspired, revelatory, spiritual medicine!
 
Connecting with the Spirit through conscious intention, reunites the individual with the whole. Intentionally turning our attention from our challenges, problems, and illness to the silent depths of our heart, with a still mind united in the heart, allows the Spirit to enter. With our awareness present in the silent stillness of our heart, we are able to receive the light, information, and power to transform our body and nature. Once we are connected to the field of God, we are able to receive feedback with a personalized prescription for healing and transformation. We will be guided and directed to whatever needs attention, so we can shine the light of our consciousness, and receive the necessary tools to be transformed, healed, cleared, transmuted, or regenerated.
 
If we surrender our ego and old beliefs, and unite our personal will with the Divine Will, we give permission to be empowered, healed, and made whole! God is a God of deep respect and love for all creation, regardless of religion, gender, sexual orientation, or ethnicity. God freely gives every gift and every aspect of its nature to human beings without partiality to those who sincerely ask from the stillness of their sacred heart. God is a God of yes and as you wish. If you want to be on your own, separate, using your own will and limited human power, even if it leads you to pain and trouble, God says yes. God says yes, it is done unto you as you believe. No one is forced to believe in God. It is our choice. On the other hand, if you choose to turn back to Spirit, like the prodigal son, God will welcome you back with unconditional open arms of acceptance, forgiveness, and love. You will be fed with the choicest spiritual food and gifts to nurture, nourish, and heal your body, mind and soul.
 
Only in reconnection with the one Source can you be led to your highest good and the highest good of all. Anything that does not include the Spirit of God is inherently incomplete, limited and lacking power. If every person awakens to the truth of their divine being, and opens to receive the divine prescription for healing, our world will be transformed.

 This is the time, 2011, and this is the place, earth and within our own body, where life can be changed forever. You can be free to live the life of your dreams! Say YES! Join me on this amazing inner journey to inspired wellness....
